We are looking for a personable and driven account manager with excellent communication skills, strong writing abilities and an instinct for business which helps you think strategically for clients.

If you have a knack for building relationships, experience in marketing and a passion for seeing businesses grow, we want to hear from you. You'll need to be able to head up digital strategies for clients and carry out marketing tasks to help their businesses evolve. You'll also be able to manage strategies across multiple clients, prioritise your workload and manage client expectations effectively. In this role there will be an opportunity for training in the other areas of digital marketing further developing your skills. You will be part of a creative, ambitious and collaborative team, who will support you in enhancing your skills and abilities in digital marketing. We offer flexible working which is currently 2 days per week in the studio, and the rest at home.

 

The responsibilities

  • Technical/Onsite SEO
  • Use the skills within the team to deliver excellence for clients.
  • Managing reporting and analysis for client campaigns
  • Thinking strategically for your clients: how can we use digital to help them achieve their goals.
  • Writing search-focused landing pages/meta data
  • Curating SEO geared and compelling copy that cuts through the noise.
  • Help to tell the story of a client’s brand whilst maximising searchability.
  • Providing updates and relaying analysis to clients

Our ideal candidate

  • Personable and good at building relationships.
  • Experience with SEMRush, AHREFS, Screaming Frog, Majestic as well as other tools to help asses technical SEO
  • Well versed in Google Analytics/GA4
  • A talent for SEO planning and collaborating on SEO campaign concepts with the team.
  • Able to think both creatively and strategically.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Ability to present strategies and reports to clients.
  • A positive attitude and enthusiastic about digital marketing..
  • Motivated and eager to keep on top of evolving digital trends.
  • Previous experience of regular communication with customers.
