The Brief

Strategy

Rationalising and consolidating existing marketing efforts was a key part of Fratelli’s strategy. Non-performing activities were identified and stripped out whilst capitalising on already performing channels.

By working closely with the business owner and other internal staff we effectively profiled HQ’s core customer audience in order to find their preferred communication method and open new, profitable lead generation channels.
