Keylet is a state-of-the-art sales and lettings agency operating out of two prime Cardiff office locations. Offering a full suite of services including residential sales, lettings, short term lets, student lets and full management for landlords, Keylet is constantly using new innovations such as virtual reality to give clients a completely uncompromised experience during what can be a stressful life event.

 

The Brief

The overall challenge for Fratelli was to re-establish Keylet as market leader in what had become a very competitive local landscape. Identifying major competitors, bench-marking their strengths and weaknesses and finding opportunities to give Keylet’s marketing a unique edge would have to be key considerations when planning this project.

Mapping out the target audience & devising creative new campaign ideas

Offering their services to a range of individuals means Keylet’s target audience is diverse – we needed to clearly define different audience segments, understand how to best engage with them and develop bespoke, multi-channel campaigns to catch their attention.

Execution

Actioning a plan which promoted long-term organic growth was necessary to gain ground in a local market, whilst leveraging a range of paid display, paid social and paid search adverts for true brand domination in Cardiff.
